  6. This is the Shareware version of the program VB Backup.
  7. For information about ordering the registered version,
  8. see the file ORDER.TXT.

  10. What is VB Backup?
  11.  
  12. VB Backup is a utility for Backing Up Your Visual Basic
  13. projects. Useful in case of loss, you know you have a 
  14. current backup to restore.

  17. Requirements:

  19. VB Backup requires Microsoft Windows 3.x to run.
  20.  
  21. Installation:
  22.  
  23. Unzip the zipped file (VBACKUP.ZIP) preferably to
  24. a floppy disk(but not Required).
  25.  
  26. From Program Manager, select File-Run, choose install.exe
  27. (in whichever directory you unzipped the files into).
  28.  
  29. The program should be fairly self explanatory.  See 
  30. the on-line help to answer any questions that you 
  31. may have.

  33. Important:

  35. For VB Backup to work, your VB forms and modules must 
  36. be saved in text format.  Of course, most VB programmers
  37. recommend that you always "save as text" anyway.

  47. I find it to be a rather useful utility, and I hope you
  48. will as well.  Remember that if you wish to continue 
  49. using it after the 30-day trial period, you need to 
  50. purchase the registered version (see ORDER.TXT). This
  51. will provide you with the Registered version of VB 
  52. Backup to get rid of the nag screen, Plus knowledge 
  53. that you're helping support the ideal of shareware 
  54. and affordable software.
